All Sponsors receive free advertisement in the programs
All sponsors receive mention on this website and links to their sites if
they have them.
Please note that we will take into account the monetary value of any goods and services donated and in determining an appropriate sponsorship package. We understand that your time and expertise are valuable, and appreciate donations of these kinds as much as money.
There are four levels of sponsorship
Executive Sponsor
As an executive sponsor ($1000 or more), you will receive the following:
- Billing as a sponsor in all advertisements, including any video, radio or print
- A small display in the lobby of the performance venue (optional)
- A full page ad in the program
- Mention is the “Special Thanks” section of the program
- 4 tickets for the night of your choice
- Mention on the homepage of our website with corresponding link (where applicable)
Major Sponsor
As a major sponsor ($500 to $999), you will receive the following:
- Large billing on all printed advertisements
- A 1/2 page ad in the program
- Mention is the “Special Thanks” section of the program
- 4 tickets for the night of your choice
- Mention on the sponsors page of our website with corresponding link (where applicable)
Minor Sponsor
As a minor sponsor ($100 to $499), you will receive the following:
- A 1/3 page ad in the program
- Mention is the “Special Thanks” section of the program
- 2 tickets for the night of your choice
- Mention on the sponsors page of our website with corresponding link (where applicable)
Smaller Monetary Donations
For amounts from $20 to $99, you will receive the following:
- A bargain ad in the program
- Mention is the “Special Thanks” section of the program
- Mention on the sponsors page of our website with corresponding link (where applicable)
